About Me
Reverend Gwendolyn Cook Webb was born on February 15, 1949 in Birmingham, Alabama. She has served in various roles throughout her life including a civil rights activist, police officer, and community organizer. Today, she hopes to serve as Birmingham City Council Representative for District 4.
